"content": "(a) be accompanied with— (i) such documents as are necessary to prove qualification for registration and any other document that the Board may prescribe; (ii) the curriculum vitae of the partners or directors of the firm; (iii) a written commitment that the Board shall be allowed to verify the suitability of the firm for the purposes of registration; (b) list the firm’s profile of activities; (c) be accompanied by the prescribed fee. (5) The Board may require the applicant to furnish such further information or evidence of eligibility for registration as it may consider necessary and may require the applicant to appear in person for an interview before it. These amendments are necessary for making clear provisions for the categories of persons to be registered by the Board within the Engineering Technology profession."
