    "content": "Again, I want to thank the Chair of the Committee for this deletion. One of the biggest problems we had with this Bill is allowing engineering technicians and technologist to also be consultants. Deletion of Clause 20 is a consequence of the deletion of Clause 16. Once you do away with their consultancy role so that they do not offer consultancy services, then the aspect of checking becomes irrelevant. I support the deletion."
