Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended in Clause 40 by deleting the word “under” appearing immediately after the word “licensed” and replacing therefor the words “within six months after enactment of”. This is to provide for a new transitional clause for the person to comply with the provisions of the Act once enacted."
