    "content": "I am deleting the entire Clause 22 because it gives various circumstances under which assisted reproductive technology can be undertaken. If you look at all of them, you will find that they relate to health except (b), which brings in the issue of having difficulty in conceiving because of factors related to lifestyle. We discussed the amendment and realised that it raises far-reaching aspects relating to sexuality, lesbianism and gaysm et cetera . We felt that we should make it simple and say that the only condition is on medical grounds."
