    "content": "We have posted 11 new teachers to the affected primary schools and we have updated the data on enrolment for the 11 schools for disbursement of free primary education funds for this year, so that the extra enrolment is catered for. We will conduct capacity building for school management committees to assist the schools in developing school infrastructure and development plans to ensure proper utilization of development funds. This activity will be carried out in April 2011, which is in the next two months. My Ministry will provide the District Education Officer with a utility vehicle with immediate effect. It will be available next week."
