    "content": "Therefore, your humble Petitioners pray that the National Assembly, through the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing: (i) investigates reasons for the inordinate delay by KeRRA to rebuild the Kathiani- Kangundo Bridge, yet emergency funds had been set aside to mitigate El-Nino - related disasters such as destruction of roads and bridges by rains; and, (ii) recommends immediate re-construction of the bridge with a view of restoring economic activities and interactions between the two regions back to normalcy. And your Petitioners will ever pray. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
