But the same problem remains in areas that have internally displaced persons (IDPs) and the students are going to schools in those areas. What arrangements does he have to deal with the situation while he is dealing with the other one? Of course, half of the areas that were seriously affected included my constituency, and I have not seen that kind of initiative."
