    "content": "The new National Government CDF Act, 2015 is very important in that it brings back the former CDF Act into life. Therefore, the Committee is extremely important. Because of the deadline stipulated in the Act, it will be very important for this House to pass these names, so that we can have the implementation of the new Act on course. There are very many projects which were being handled by the CDF, which are now in the new Act. They need to have quick action. One of the extremely urgent matters that need to be addressed is payment of employees under the old CDF, who are now to be taken care of under the new Act. It is now towards the end of the month."
