    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Today, I am a happy Kenyan because we have come along way with this Bill as a Committee. I want to note and inform Hon. Members that Kenya, as a country, is almost getting the Climate Change Bill. In Africa, there is no other country, which has come this far on issues of climate change. Therefore, I want to thank, Hon. Ottichilo, the Committee and all the Hon. Members of this House who have really supported this Bill to this level. Issues of climate change are very touchy to the whole world. Now that we have come up with so many agreements including the last one in Conference of Parties (COP) 21, this law will help this country deal with matters of climate change. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
