    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, this is just to reiterate what we said about the process of transition. We said that the Report is quite clear that the TA technical people had been seconded from the national Government. They are still available and their expertise is still available for use by the summit, if need be. There is already a meeting and an arrangement is being made between the two institutions. They are in a workshop so that they can identify who will be used where. The Chairperson of the Intergovernmental Technical Committee was a member of the TA. So, the fear being expressed here is clearly nonexistent."
