I have looked at the Report and I also followed the contribution particularly by the Chairman of the Committee and Leader of the Majority Party. Looking at this Report, the reference which is made to Section 15(1) of the Sixth Schedule of the Constitution, in that same paragraph, suggests that the period of three years cannot be extended."
