These are very honourable Members of Parliament. I know that it has been done pursuant to Standing Order No.176. The Constitution is very clear. Members of Parliament are expected to be independent of their parties. When discharging their duties as Members of Parliament, whether you are in this House or outside, you do not cease to discharge your duties because you have left the House and you are operating outside. You are still playing your oversight role. If you think that your party is not acting in the best interest of this country, you have the right to point it out. When you point out, in a democracy, people’s views must be respected. Just to discharge somebody because he has associated with Chepkong’a who belongs to Jubilee---"
