    "content": "THAT, the matter presented in this Petition is not pending before any tribunal or court of law. Therefore, your humble Petitioners pray that the National Assembly, through the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security, (i) Recommends relocation of the Kibwezi East Sub-county headquarters from the current location that is in Kibwezi Town to Kambu Town. (ii) Makes any other order or direction that it deems fit in the circumstances of the case. The Petitioner will ever pray. It was presented by Hon. Jessica Mbalu, Kibwezi Constituency today 23rd February, 2016 on behalf of the residents of Kibwezi East Constituency. Thank you."
