However, I do not know whether the Prime Minister is aware that this gadget has enhanced cheating. The users of mobile phones cheat a lot especially with regard to location. I do not know what the Prime Ministerâs Office is doing to curtail that. In Uganda, for example, if you are in Bugiri, the handset will tell you that you are in Bugiri. The same applies to other locations in Uganda. What is the Government doing to ensure that this gadget is not used to cheat with regard to the location one is? The other problem I have is about---"
