    "content": "This is an issue we cannot afford to take lightly. As defenders of the Constitution and considering the powers that are given to that office, I think it is important for us, as Parliament, to intervene. Hon. Speaker, time has come for you to give guidance to this House. The longer we stay, the more we get into murky waters and, before the end of the year or any other time, the Constitution will have been mutilated. Kenyans will continue feeling uncomfortable by the manner in which Parliament, the Executive or anybody else continues to disrespect or abuse the Constitution."
