    "content": "I thank the Committee for coming up with a good Report. Hon. Esther Gathogo has said the Government was giving us goodies. Those were not goodies. That was just money due to us as voters, as Kenyans and as dues to Mumias Sugar Factory as part of this country. She should not call them goodies. We want to tell the Government that we may not want to receive those goodies all the time. We do not want to be told that we receive goodies all the time. We urge the Government to come in quickly and stop that practice in the country and deal with illegal importers."
