We need to find ways of restoring this situation because it can happen. Many of the situations that we find ourselves in the sugar industry are because of corruption. People do things outside the scope of law. They are greedy and literally stealing. We need to confront these vices. We need to come up with strategies that will confront these vices in such a way that no one will ever wish to make a mistake of stealing from farmers."
