    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I want to second the Senate amendments to the Climate Change Bill. Largely, the Senate agreed with the proposition of the National Assembly except for three key areas. Where we disagreed and did not concur is simply because of constitutional reasons or we really felt that we need to have further dialogue before we finalise this Bill."
