Members, I think even as I propose the Question, it is fair to appreciate the good work and the spirit with which our own Committee on Environment and Natural Resources has done. The National Assembly passed this Bill on 5th March, 2015 and referred it to the Senate that sat on it until 3rd December, 2015. I think that does not show very good synergy between the two Houses. There is need for us to cooperate well to ensure speedy passage of legislations that require consideration by both Houses."
