Those are the only two categories of professionals who are never taught to summarise. A lawyer would want to take as much time as possible and a teacher would always want to take 40 minutes. I hope Hon. Baiya will not be seconding you on the next one because you can be sure he will take a lot of time. Once you have moved the Motion, the person seconding should not take more time than you."
