    "content": "Sustainable Development Goad No.16 is on access to justice. This is reference, for instance, to the Rome Statute, which brought about the International Criminal Court (ICC) case. It has helped so much in this country as far as the issue of deterrence is concerned. It is important for African countries to re-look at the Rome Statute. We should not withdraw from the Rome Statute because the situation in Africa can become chaotic. The trend of African leaders, like the ones in our neighbourhood, namely Uganda and Rwanda, is to cling to power. We should continue being signatories to the Rome Statute in order to deter violence and ensure peaceful existence of the people in the world."
