"content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, for giving me the opportunity and also mistaking me for Hon. Mbiuki. He was my former Member for Parliament. But, we are not very far. I have a problem with this clause. I support my former Member of Parliament that this clause should actually be deleted because you cannot measure the physiological and environmental characteristics of a load out there, when farmers are supposed to carry it. The clause is ambiguous. Clause 2 is a bit more specific in the 50 kilogrammes, but we also have to put into consideration that maize is mostly packed in 90 kilogrammes and farmers like it. As much as you want to reduce their loads to 50 kilogrammes, young men like carrying those big loads because they make more money. So, we have to be careful."
