There is a Motion that is coming before this House by the Member for Kwanza, seeking to allow people with serialized waiting cards to register as voters. I am saying it takes too long for the ID cards to be processed here in Nairobi. If someone comes to make a follow up on their application, they need to, maybe, bribe their way because they are told to wait or come the following day. Again, there are so many people who are queueing in Nairobi waiting for their ID cards. So, it is a fact and not fiction at all.
