When we went to the Huduma Centre in Eldoret to check what they are doing, all the registration is done at that point. The only problem is that it takes about two weeks for somebody to come to Nairobi and collect the document. We should improve distribution of IDs. How fast do they get to our citizens? This is a very important document."
