    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I just wanted to contribute to this Motion on Bills with timelines. I want to bring the attention of the House to the fact that we have a deadline of 15th April, 2016 on the anti-doping Bill. If we do not pass that Bill before that time, this country is going to be banned from all international races outside this country. As we consider these Bills with constitutional timelines, I would like to urge this House to take that into consideration."
