This is a good Bill. There was a lot of public participation and consultations in its development. I thank the Chairperson of the Committee, Hon. Mwiru, and his Committee for doing a good job. But there are small grey areas which I feel should be addressed so that the communities that lost land because of lack of prior knowledge are compensated. With those few remarks, I support the Bill."
