    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 5 be amended- (a) in Sub-clause (1), by deleting the word “President” and substituting therefor the expression “Lord Judge”; (b) in Sub-clause (2) by- (i) deleting the word “President” appearing in paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the expression “Lord Judge”; (ii) inserting the words “and cause the report to be published in the Gazette, and a copy thereof sent, under the hand of the Chief Justice, to each of the two Clerks of the two Houses of Parliament for it to be placed before the respective Houses for debate and adoption” immediately after the word “justice” in paragraph (b); (c) in Sub-clause (3), by deleting the expression “Vice-President” and substituting therefor the expression “Deputy Lord Judge”."
