However the BPS 2016 was slightly revised and the contents of those five pillars make it hard to track the progress of some of the policies. Sustaining business environment for investment opportunities is the first pillar. This pillar includes investing and creating a secure environment for investors. This means allocating more resources to security to build the infrastructural capacity of the security agencies and basic road and rail network."
