    "content": "With those few remarks, I support, but I am afraid that as we pass this, it is a BPS which is not realistic and will not be achieved. So, it is high time as Parliament we did what we can. As a nation, we must be honest to each other and say that this is not attainable. If the Budget is Kshs1.3 billion, let it be so. We should live with the resources that we have."
