We are going by the findings of research and the findings of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives. The Committee has not given a plus to that project. It is important to invest that money. That is why I am saying that if we put more money into the fertilizer manufacturing plant, it would be worthier than putting more money into the Galana/Kulalu Irrigation Project."
