    "content": "I have also looked at the Schedule and I have seen that the TSC has been allocated Ksh185 billion. The teachers of this country have really suffered. We need to allocate the TSC enough resources, so that they can increase teachers’ salaries. His Excellency the President gave a directive that the TSC, the Kenya National Union of Teachers (KNUT) and the Kenya Union of Post Primary Education Teachers (KUPPET) should enter into a new collective bargaining agreement. Up to now, that has not yet been done. It is important to motivate our teachers if we want to see improvement in performance."
