    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I have looked at this document and considered the Motion with a lot of interest. The greatest concern here is the way we close our eyes to stalled projects. We have very many stalled projects everywhere. Almost every Ministry and department is hosting stalled projects. If these stalled projects were completed, they would help to change the poverty situation in the country. It would save us a lot of resources. If we continue to initiate projects and abandon them, we will continue to experience a lot of wastage. We will require more and more resources to start other projects, which will eventually stall as well."
