    "content": "Hon. Wamalwa, you have talked. That is very unfair of you, I have summarised. I support this Bill, but I am waiting for the estimates to come. This is only the blanket funding, when the actual estimates come, let us look at them with open eyes and make sure that the projects that are currently going on are finalised. We, as Parliamentarians, say what projects should be done in our area. I will not stop saying that projects in the North Eastern Region must be done, especially the road between Garissa and Mandera.
