    "content": "For the last few years, counties have been saying that they want to give land to certain investors. Investors need big tracts of land like 1,000 or 2,000 acres. We heard what happened in Machakos County. This should not be the case. We should quickly enact this law so that when counties want to set aside land, they should follow the procedure that will be established, especially the regulations arising from this Bill. This Bill is timely as it sets aside areas for grazing and other public utilities. The conflicts that arise out of water points and grazing land will be handled within the community, taking into account their cultural practices, rights and what they do. Once that is done, land grabbing will be a thing of the past."
