    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I support the Bill. It was brought to this House when it was too late to salvage anything. Going back in history, a lot of lives have been lost because of land disputes. A lot of blood has been shed. A lot of property has been destroyed just because of land disputes. There is a lot of animosity among many Kenyan communities living together and neighbouring each other. It is not too late to salvage the situation. But if those who were in the previous Parliament had foresight and loved this nation, maybe all that destruction would not have occurred."
