"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, when this matter first came to light, there was an amateurish video that went viral and was trending on social media. Listening to it, audibly the pilot was captured saying: “You will have to explain to the Deputy President.”Could the Vice Chairperson explain to us what the findings of the investigation are? Did the pilot make the remarks out of passion or was he suggesting that he was taking instruction from the Deputy President. Could the Vice Chairperson further explain what action will be taken against the two police officers who were on duty at that time; the one who was assaulted and the other gentleman for failing to arrest that man on the spot after the man visibly broke the law? They had the power under the police powers to arrest him. Why did they fail to do so?"
