    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this is a matter that we need to discuss with the department of police to ensure that such a situation does not happen again. I believe that this is as a result of loss of confidence by the members of public with the police officers. This is a matter that has been addressed severally. Concern was also raised by a Member concerning the company that owns the helicopter. I do not have this information. However, according to what I know, the pilot must be holding an employment permit in this country. I will follow up on the matter and let the House know. From the information that I have, the individual is a citizen of the United Kingdom who owns an alien identification. The issue of whether he is married is not known to me, but I can investigate and let the House know. I believe that the pilot is out on bond because the investigation is not over. If you direct, I can come back with the finding of the investigation to the House later. I will also investigate and find out what action the police department has taken on those police officers and report to the House."
