    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I totally agree with Sen. Khaniri because we briefly shared this Statement before it came before the House. I informed him that the answer was insufficient. On the issue of investigation, I will request the police to give me more information before I come back to present to the House. I also agree with Sen. Khaniri and the Committee that the matter should be referred to the Independent Police Oversight Authority (IPOA), a body that properly investigates this matter and further consider the compensation matters. The use of live bullets is not allowed unless under particular circumstances. The arrest of the criminals who were involved - especially the Deputy Officer Commanding Station (OCS) and Officer Commanding Police Division (OCPD) - is a matter that needs to be investigated and the culprits brought to book. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the information about the motorcycle that was stolen, is not available so far but I will find out if it was stolen or not and give a feedback by next week. The information will also include the reasons why live bullets were used against the demonstrating members of the public. This is a First Draft Copy.
