This issue touches on all the 47 counties and you can see the interest that it has generated. I am of the opinion that it will be prudent for you to procure the attendance of the Cabinet Secretary here in the Chamber at a Kamukunji so that he can deal with all those issues. When he does so, hon. Senators will not come back to the Floor of the House to spend so much time on the issue. Any Senator who is interested in the matter will be invited at the Kamukunji. Is that agreeable?"
