    "content": "(2) The County Assemblies Services Bill ( Senate Bill No.27 of 2014) (3) The County Governments Disaster Management Bill (Senate Bill No.40 of 2014) (4) The Petition to County Assemblies Procedure Bill ( Senate Bill No.35 of 2014) (5) The Preservation of Human Dignity and Enforcement of Economic and Social Rights Bill (Senate Bill No.8 of 2015) The Senate will also consider any other Business Scheduled by the RBC. On Thursday 10th March, 2016, the Senate will consider Bills at Second Reading, Deliberate on Motions and any other business scheduled by the RBC. I take this opportunity to thank all the Senators for a job well done this week. You may wish to note that we passed three Bill, namely; (1) The Public Appointments (County Assembly Approval) Bill (Senate Bill No. 20 of 2014). (2) The HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control (Amendment) Bill (Senate Bill No. 4 of 2015). (3) The County Industrial Development Bill (Senate Bill No. 7 of 2014) We also adopted three three crucial reports namely; (1) Report on the Budget Policy Statement 2016 (2) The Mediation Report on the National Drought Management Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 42 of 2013) (3) Report of the Ad-Hoc Select Committee on County Headquarters I urge hon. Members, in keeping with this spirit, to continue to avail yourselves to dispose of business pending before the Senate, especially Bills at the various stages.
