    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.45(2)(b) to seek a statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Information and Technology regarding poor mobile telephone network coverage in Oldonyiro Ward and its environs in Isiolo County. In the Statement the Chairperson should explain:- (a) Whether he is aware that mobile telephone network coverage in Oldonyiro Ward and its environs in Isiolo County is weak making some people walk for more than 20 kilometres to make mobile phone calls, including calls for emergency medical assistance. (b) Why the mobile network is so far poor and state when strong and reliable mobile telephone network will be availed to the ward and its environs bearing in mind that the area is prone to insecurity."
