This amendment is very important because in as much as we want to say that these services should be available only in the capital city some areas are very far from the city. You can imagine someone from a place like Marsabit or Wajir travelling all the way to Nairobi. It is, indeed, far. However, if done progressively, it is going to be of benefit to the people of Kenya. I support."
