"content": "Hon. Gikaria, it is true that we all have an equal opportunity to bring in our amendments. If a Member brings in an amendment to delete, even if the Committee went and prosecuted and we accepted its amendments and he still went ahead and prosecuted his own and it is deleted, we will have negatived everything. So, he is given priority for Members to agree or disagree with him. If it is not deleted, then the process of the Committee can come in. That is the procedure we have been following."
