    "content": "I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 9 of the Bill be amended- (a) in sub-clause (1)— (iii) by deleting paragraph (k) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph- “(k) three persons nominated by a joint forum of Public Benefit Organisations offering legal aid to the public, including women, youth and children;” The purpose of this is to make sure that the Public Benefit Organisations have a say on who is nominated to represent them rather than have that to be determined by some Government bureaucrats somewhere."
