Okoth to delete (5)(a); that a person will not be qualified for appointment as a member of the board if such a person is a member of a governing body of a political party or an employee of a political party, I will be opposing that particular amendment for the reason that when we come to the public service, we want members who are non-partisan and members whose political affiliation is not known, so that they can serve all Kenyans.
