    "content": "We do not oppose this particular one. It gives the National Assembly an oversight role. Let me ask that because Hon. Okoth never really allowed the Committee to have a chance to look at his amendments, that the Committee has the first chance to speak to his amendments. I find that most of his amendments actually improve the law but, in all courtesy and fairness, it would be good if a Member brings to the attention of the Committee his amendments before he brings them to the Floor."
