    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. The other vulnerable group that is not included is the People Living with Disabilities (PLWDs). Legal aid must be extended to them. Lack of resources is not a good excuse for us to deny people support. We need to look into it. These are rare cases. It is not a normal occurrence.
