    "content": "The proposals for amendment here also remove the requirement for a standard form for applying for legal aid as long as the application is made in writing. We see that as covering that particular aspect. We are guided by the difficulties that people sometimes encounter when they try to get official papers like the P3 Form from the police in some of our rural areas. As long as the application is made in writing, that should suffice."
