Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, clause 49 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (1) by deleting the words “the prescribed manner” appearing immediately after the words “legal aid in” and substituting therefor the words “accordance with this Act”. The Committee is of the view that we require applications to be in accordance with the provisions of this law as opposed to any prescribed forms that could have been there before. That is just the slight amendment proposed by the Committee. Thank you."
