    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 59 of the Bill be amended by deleting sub-clause (2). The justification is that we do not want to allow the Service to charge for accreditation and monitoring of accreditation services. We do not want a charge to be applied to that Service. So, we propose the deletion in Clause 59(2)."
